We weren't sure at first whether we wanted to spend the money on a day-of coordinator, but my wife and I are sure glad we did. Soraya was crucial in the month leading up to our wedding in helping us stay organized, coordinating all the vendors, and ensuring everything ran smoothly on the big day. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy our own wedding and not spend the day fussing over every last minute detail.

I was beyond happy with SYB. Soraya was very responsive from the initial call all the way to the day of the event. She was great at working within our budget and at the same time executing a fabulous event. Day of, Soraya and her entire team were so helpful and professional. I 100% would recommend using SYB for an event of any size.

Soraya and her team were such a pleasure to work with! From the beginning, she was professional and responsive. Soraya took a vision we had for a company halloween party and ran with it! The food and drinks were delicious and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Highly recommend SYB for your next event.

Wanted to do something special for son's 10th bday. SYB Event was perfect. We had a blast. They were so much fun with the kids. Bowling is right next door. Easy and fun outing.

Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was uncharted territory for anyone this year. Soraya jumped in right when I needed her with what questions to ask my venue on how to ensure I was still going to get the wedding of my dreams. I planned everything last minute due to such uncertainty and Soraya was there with contacts for me from someone to rent chairs from literally last minute as my other vendor fell through. She connected me to the most amazing videographer when we decided last minute that we wanted one. Soraya has such amazing relationships with all these vendors and I knew I could trust her judgement with these referrals. In all this uncertainty, the only thing I was certain about was that any question I had for Soraya, she would give me her best answer or contact. She works all hours and is always accessible for any question you may have. She put my mind at ease and for someone who thought that I could plan this wedding on my own (I’m stubborn like that), I’m so glad I had her helping me plan my special day!

Soraya is amazing. I had to put a backyard wedding together in less than 3 months and she guided me the whole way, right up until the night before. She was flexible, accommodating and incredibly easy to work with. Her food and staff were exceptional. My daughter had the best wedding she could have had during such trying times and it would not have happened without Soraya. She clearly is the best in the business.

Soraya did a wonderful job for our party. The food was great, the service fantastic and everyone enjoyed themselves. She and Maria took care of everything from set up to break down. I highly recommend SYB.

Soraya was a sincere pleasure with which to work. As a busy professional couple creating a large, blended family, we had very little time to dedicate to the planning process; however, opinions were NOT in short supply! Soraya was flexible, responsive and leveraged her experience to identify vendors, a location and supplemental resources to make our day magical. So impressed with her talents and grateful we worked together....I can't imagine what our outcome would have been otherwise!

Soraya was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided us with exactly what we needed for our wedding! She was professional, courteous, accommodating to our budget & dietary needs, and is someone who takes pride in the presentation of her work. She sourced 2 chefs for our wedding, one Indian and one Mexican, as my husband and I are from different cultures and wanted to incorporate both cuisines. She worked in an oyster bar as well while keeping us within budget. My guests have been raving about the food ever since, and I can't wait to work with Soraya again on my next event!

Soraya is wonderful to work with and very attentive to the small details. The 2 people that she sent to our party to help us out (including bartender) were also wonderful and professional. I can’t wait to use SYB Event Planning again for our next party.

Our daughter's wedding was now just over a month ago. It was amazing! And this is saying a lot for a number of reasons. The wedding itself was on a small island in the middle of a lake in New Hampshire while the reception was outside a private home in the woods near the lake. 92 guests were shuttled out to the island and back to the house. This involved rented school buses and somewhere around eight or nine boats. While we were out on the island, Soraya and her assistant were doing incredible things in the very meager kitchen. They had driven all the way up from the Worchester, Mass. area with all they needed to feed us one of the best wedding meals I have ever had. I still don't understand how they did it. They fed 92 hungry adults, under a tent down the hill from the house with delicious hot food, never ran out, and there were only two of them. They performed a miracle. By the time they left, they had cleaned everything up, left us the extra food in the fridge, bagged all the trash and then left no trace that they were at the wedding beyond the happy 92 guests and the leftovers. I'm sorry that this is our last daughter's wedding. We'd hire SYB again in a heartbeat!
